At Taneesha and Prachi NextGen Publication, we’re looking for a talented graphic designer who can take concepts and ideas and create visual representations, in both print and electronic media. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable. Collaborating with multiple teams across the company, the graphic designer should be able to take written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing, and be able to find the right style and layout for every project.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Knowledge of Creating book cover designing and book layout.
• Knowledge of Layout sensitivity & knowledge of Fonts.
• Should have previous experience in Hindi & English Typing.
• Should have hands-on experience in Adobe inDesign & Photoshop.
• Excellent designing skills, especially with design and photo-editing software.
• Knowledge of publishing with regard to the specification of page size, binding and cutting area (Trim and Bleeds).
• Knowledge of processing formats for color printing, like CMYK, RGB printing process.
• Should have hands-on experience in typesetting, Layout, designing of inside text pages, and cover designs for textbook publishing.
• Work experience from any textbook publishing firm or graphic design agency or similar fields would be preferable.
• Develop creative and engaging graphics for our social media platforms, ensuring they align with our brand identity.
• Create banners, flyers, and other promotional materials for marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
• Stay updated on design trends, incorporating best practices in typography and color theory to create aesthetically appealing designs.

Requirements :

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Softwares (Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, or other similar tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of work, including social media graphics, and promotional materials.
• At least 1 year of experience in graphic design.
• Experience as a graphic designer or in related field.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree in any Discipline

Experience :

Min. Experience Required : 1 – 3 Years in Any Similar Field

Work Schedule :

• Shift Timings : 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM
• Working days: Working Days (Monday – Saturday)

Salary :

Fixed Salary : Rs. 10,000 – Rs. 15,000 / Monthly
