At Taneesha and Prachi NextGen Publication, we are looking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Telecaller Executive (Well known as a Publishing Consultant in the Self-publishing Industry) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, calling with potential clients, and closing sales deals. The candidate should be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have a strong desire to achieve targets and exceed expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• To learn about publishing process, services and publication industry as a whole.
• Identify and qualify new sales leads obtained through ads run by our company on Facebook or Google.
• To explain the different types of publishing models and the entire publishing process to new authors.
• To resolve not just the queries authors present but also the ones they feel unsure to bring up.
• To provide curated publishing package according to authors requirements and close deals.
• Maintain and develop a good relationship with authors through via telephone conversation etc.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring that all terms and conditions are favorable to the company.

Requirements :

• 1-3 year of experience in any industry. Customer-facing experience is a bonus.
• The enthusiasm to interact with a lot of interesting people on a daily basis.
• Strong Communication skills with command over the Hindi & English language.
• Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and exceed sales targets.
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
• Basic Computer and MS-office knowledge.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree in any Discipline

Experience :

Min. Experience Required : 0 – 1 Years in Any Similar Field

Work Schedule :

Shift Timings : 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM
Working days: Working Days (Monday – Saturday)

Salary :

Fixed Salary : Rs. 9,000 – Rs. 10,000 / Monthly.
